  • The Management of the Monterrey Palace may modify the opening hours in those situations in which it deems necessary.
  • Please remember to indicate in your email a telephone number to contact if necessary
  • Currently, the visit is not suitable for people with visual or hearing disabilities.
  • The Palace is not adapted for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.

  • Free tours with audio guide included in the price. Note: each ticket will be assigned an indicative visit time. Please come in the selected time zone.
    NOTA: cada entrada llevará asignada una hora de visita orientativa. Rogamos acudan en la franja horaria seleccionada.
  • Summer hours (April to October): Tuesday to Sunday: from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Closed on Monday (except holidays).

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE VISIT

Rules and recommendations for the visit

General access rules:
  • Access requires the possession of a valid ticket with a QR code that must be kept until departure and may be requested by Las Dueñas staff. The tickets are personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. Exchanges or returns are not allowed.
  • The price of tickets and the reduction and/or free policy will be those established on the website and on the Las Dueñas information media. The reduction and/or free admission must always be justified by an official document updated on the day of the visit at the box office.
  • Children under 14 years of age cannot access the space alone and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
  • Access to the store requires having purchased a ticket to Las Dueñas.
  • The purchase of a reduced ticket requires that you show the official, valid and updated accreditation of the condition.
  • Children under 14 years of age cannot access the palace alone and must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
